Starting a new server

Was thinking of taking a crack at starting a new pvp server. Not sure what I would need to do it...are there any guides to go by? Thanks!

Yeah it's true. Nothing like the "Kid takes the ball and goes home" bullshit because of a few hackers. They took down the forums too mainly because of people from heresey and 8IU waving their e-peen....
