I want to help! Can I use PC with a new install of EQ.

I dont have EQ installed but I want to help u guys by collecting packets. I will start playing eq again and I wanted to know if I can use PC without EQemu.

Will I be able to use EQEMu with a fresh install?

I had quit, and uninstalled, EQ for 3 months now and I want to use EQEmu? How would I go about that now that the latest patch disable this program?
