no confirmation email

My brother is trying to register his account but he still hasn't gotten a confirmation email, I'm just asking because I got mine instantly, a couple weeks ago though. his account name is Evil_Pimp...

cannot get past server select

anyone have an idea why i cannot get past the server select screen? it wont even go to the load screen when i click "Play Everquest", screen just stays black and then stops responding
