Error message i get

This is the error message i get. ERROR:Server found no item slot 0 (>30) deleting item. It happens when i try and unequip the item now and put in my invetory.

weapons disapearing

I just installed titanium. I went to alakzham and found weapons like bloodcaller etc and when i zoned in to plane of innovation my 2 rings and my hand weapons and my charm were gone and i couldnt...
