Skill Training NPC?

I have seen an npc that you wont attack you back and you can use it to train your combat skills up. I was wondering how you go about making one. Could someone point me in the right direction?

I know when i tried to compile the bots branch...

I know when i tried to compile the bots branch today i got something like 305 errors for Zone compiling, the trunk branch compiled fine
