new to all this

ok so i DL'd all the stuff get the server running and when i go to use georges tools it gives me peq.spells_new is missing. i have the spell file but how do you go about sourcing it into the db.....

ya im having this issue when i try to use the item editor. says Peq-spells_new doesnt exist.... no clue what im doing honestly.
