ok, I rebuilt all my databases again, and restarted my PC, and things appear to be working now. Stay tuned for my next dramatic and spectacular failure, in about 20 minutes.

eqlaunch is/has been running, as has EQemuLoginServer.

I did adjust the syntax of my startup batch file to use...
