Getting booted to server select

When I try to log into one of the EQEmu.net servers, I get booted back to the server select screen after a set ammount of time. Could this just be due to a poor connection on my side?

I downloaded the latest version of EQEmu and many files were missing from it.

db.ini
LoginServer.ini
Boot5Zones.bat

I tried to make the files myself, but got errors when trying to...
