ok for the problem, downloaded the game on my laptop, for me, and on the pc for my stepdad, we can't both be on at the same time, was wondering...

Unhappy totally stuck

i can get to the character select screen, then 100% disconnect rate. i started this morning, played for a couple hours, logged off, and now i can't log back on. I tried just about everything i could...
