Pixely blocks around models

Pixely blocks keep appearing around models, just wondering if anyone knows of a fix for this, or if I just have a crappy graphics card or something. Thanks.

Windows - Application Error

I bought a new laptop today and installed EQ, and did everything to play on Emu. When I attempt to run eq, I get a windows application error that states "The instruction at 0x1000f0ce referenced...
