yeah i did that, deleted everything, but still...

yeah i did that, deleted everything, but still get the same result. at the splash screen it just goes away after models are loaded.

stops when downloading models

I have run eq on this machine so i am confused as to what is going on.
I installed fresh copy of sof and when it goes to the splash screen and downloads models equipment etc. just as it gets near...
