Some mobs not moving

Hello all,

I was setting up my own little server using GeorgeS database. I seem to have everything up and going but I have noticed some mobs aren't moving. they just stand in the same spot. I know...

also I can't seem to get bots to work, when i try and create a bot it tells me that name is already...
