nope, its 16-bit..i made sure...i changed it to...

nope, its 16-bit..i made sure...i changed it to 32 to see if that did anything then back to 16...and still same problem

Freezing before "Accept/Decline"

Even on regular everquest and on EQW, before either gets to the Accept/Decline window i freeze up...ive restarted comp, deleted all EQW files and all EQEmu Files from the EQ folder to see if that did...
