What's up with the blank server select screen?

Happens to me all the time. I have to log in and out 4-5 times to get the list to show. Anyone have this?

I'm getting the same error. I was logged in on...

I'm getting the same error. I was logged in on THF server, logged out to reboot my computer now it won't let me back in.
