I tried ALT+Enter for Windowed mode also but got...

I tried ALT+Enter for Windowed mode also but got same results. The only thing this helped with is being able to close the program without using task manager.

Ive followed the instructions the game loads to Eula but when pressing on Accept nothing happens. Nor does the Decline option work. I can see the button depressing but thats it. I have have to...
