After playing with it for awhile, it still doesn't work, but I noticed that if I close eqw after it says it failed to boot up the zone, some of the zones start booting up the zone *afterwards*. Hope...

Well, that doesn't seem to be related, because it's not just for some zones, but any zone I try to log in at it just says the zone is unavailable. I tried the two files anyway, and that didn't work...
