Error 2006 in World.exe

I Tried the advice from the recent post regarding this but it didnt work:
mysql> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON eq.* TO CENSORED@"%" IDENTIFIED BY 'CENSORED' WITH GRANT
OPTION;

and
mysql> GRANT ALL...
