Run time 9?

I got a run time 9 subscript ran out of range just upgraded my server and not sure if that is hats its talking about.. im trying to add loot ids so i can make them drop loot

Ok I cant get my start.bat to work it says...

Ok I cant get my start.bat to work it says world.exe can not be found there in the same directory and i did the cmd promt to make sure it was the right path and it still wont find it.... any help...

Hitpoint/mana help

How do i stop the hps from bugging out on me? Hps top out at like 36k and wont go above that point anyone know how to change it to allow them to go higher? also the same for mana

Npc edit wont work

I cant get the npc edit to work right it loads up connects to the database then gives me a runtime error 339, the imagelist.ocx or one of its dependenices not correctly registered a file is missing...
