Lost character

Ive logged onto my account and my lvl 17 druid my ONLY character.. is gone.. its on the 1999 server... ive tried making an account and posting there.. but it wont let me post.. this is very...

it just now allowed me to get to the character...

it just now allowed me to get to the character selection screen.. goes to load.. then it kicks me back to Acct login.. and ssays i have a temp block again??

Tempoary Block..

I just got everything read to play on project 1999.. and when i make my char and try to enter.. it kicked me off and said i have a tempoary block.. any ideas?
