Need help pls (no drop item, zone point and spawn)

I have few question:

1. I created an item (Strands of Power) and NO DROP box is clicked, some how that item isnt no drop after i summoned it, Im using EQAdmin Tools. How can I set it as no drop...

no it doesnt work to me, DSL connect to pc directly, WinXP with firewall off, no anti-virus programs. patchsrv.dat problems still exists.

pls advise.
