On July 13, 2017 at 2:09 EST on the below account Slyces a 50 Rog handed in box to War Preistess and it did not spawn General.

I was able to get everything for the cleric epic and when I looked up to turn in the last orb I accidently handed it into the Jhassad Oceanson guy instead of the avatar.
