Quest turn in not working

Ok here is my problem. I am using the peqquests-rev2197 files. I put the quest files in the emu folder and pulled out the plugins folder. The NPC's all respond to hails and give quests but they won't...

Ok I seem to have the same problem down to the T....

Ok I seem to have the same problem down to the T. I can login from internal computers fine but external ones can only get to the login server. As soon as they select the server it just hangs till it...
