says i cant connect to server try again shortly user and password are correct ant suggestions would be appreciated thanks

cant get eq to work

I just bought eq today and i installed it changed the settings tried EQW but got black screen after check yes/no tried the patch me method but it still patches so i stop it becouse it says not to let...
