I have the same problem as well which is odd seeing as i could login perfectly yesterday.
Oh well, doesnt really matter, just have to wait til 5.0

This one has been answered before.
Apparently its due to your ISP. Try using a different ISP to connect to the server( if you have one, or see if you can use a friends).

Ive been having the same problem and have tried a different ISP(had a backup one). Unfortunately that ISP goes through the same route to foreverhacking.net and always seem to get stuck at something...
