searched forums for similar problems, those did...

searched forums for similar problems, those did not fix it. The patcher doesnt even start :(. Someone please help me!

Error 403

when i ttry and run the patcher i get error 403 and it doesnt work :S.
"Run time error '403':
Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface".
