How do i get EQW to run EQEmu ? i couldnt get the EQW to find the patcher to run it. is there another exe i should have it run or what? if...

Do bows not proc ? if they do, do i need the proc on the bow or the arrow ? ive played a ranger and shot atleast 2k+ arrows and not proced any of the...
