Usually, most servers do tell if they are legit or not, but there are still many that do not. From what I've seen, most of those that do not tend to be low-end-semi-legit or legit.

Just an opinion, but i think there are plenty of legit servers out there. I like non legit, and most of the non legit servers are either so unbalanced or only allow as much freedom as a semi-legit....
