Database Questions

I am interested in helping gather data that is currenlty missing from zones, spawns, etc. Before I do I wanted to know the following:

One thing I found

I'm using ver 4.0.13-nt of mySql and I ran into a problem where I was trying to insert more data into the spawn2 table. the last Id in the row was 1000. I was trying to insert a new row using 1001....

Spent most of the night getting a local server up and running. After that I logged on just fine. Created a new character then tried to play the game. No matter what kind of character I create it...
