reinstalled visual studio 2012 distributables...

reinstalled visual studio 2012 distributables package for x86 and got it working.

Sanctuary - Unable to start (0xc000007b)

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).

I downloaded the sanctuary patcher, and its dll files from its zip, extracted to C:\Sanctuary, and let the patcher run and download...
