6.2 servers probably dont work with the current patch, on 8/11 sony threw out a new patch. 6.2 was for a patch from the middle of last month.

Lots of updates can be bad news for us, just make sure you dont patch to live until we know it works

Would it be possible for me to reinstall Everquest and run a server so that I can play with the fresh everquest installation, that way I will have a version of EQ that the problematic patch never...
