ahhh scribespell is a gm flag on ability. So even though i could do all the other set max skills/disc/level/gear, i couldnt scribe the spells to the target without having #set GM on

ill leave up...

about a year ago i hotkeyed a bunch of gm commands to quickly gear up/lvl up...

its possible that since the spell wasnt added until 2016, which would be after the database thats used for the server, the scroll as an item number doesnt exist yet.

so you could clone a spell...
