DB of Mobs and Spawns?

I've been looking and haven't found any info on having mobs already spawned when i create my own server. Do I just need to download a DB with this info in it already or what?

Just a few errors.

Anyone have any idea how I can get rid of these errors?

[Error] Database: could not find start_zones entry in database. Using Defaults..

[Error] Error in UpdateTimeLeftWorld query(1) Update...
