Item Editor Crashing

Ok, looked all over can find a post about it, when I startup the Item editor I type in all the info and it uploads the db and I can scroll up and down the list of items, but the minute I click on say...

Ok, that worked, but now it crashes when its about to go to the loading screen, when I walk over the to server it says the I connected then it says I disconnected.....ideas?

OK I setup the server setting on this computer and ran them and the server worked fine I could login and get into the world. Then I moved it to my other computer and changed all of the internal IP...

Mysql -u root mysql????

I was just going threw the Tutorial to setup a server, on step 12, Create EQ Database, when you type "mysql -u root mysql" it gave me this

'mysql' is not recognized as an internal or external...
