problem with eqmail.dll

everytime i try to get to the server screen it pops up a msg error with eqmain.dll
my eq host reads as this
[LoginServer]
Host=xp-smitchell:7308
there are no spaces so i dont know what the prob...

For some reason when i go to the server sleect, im not getting a list of all the servers. I got about 5 servers showing up, but each is showing up multiple times (ie, i see scorpiuos2k server 4...

i just tred to get onto emu, and the only 2 servers itshows me are prophecy of trak, and the timeless server. where are alll the other servers? i havnt changed anyting, why are they not showing up?...
