is there any way for someone to change it or update it? if i knew how i would. im using the DR3 the most recent DB and jan update, as well as the most recent dumpeditems. and MW's and MW'snpc not...

I dont know if I am alowed to do this but if you look in 3rd party tools there is a port about item loot editor. it might help you out. i know it helped my out ALOT.
