Yep, checked the other mentions of the 1017 error also. I'm beginning to think its a server error as I can log onto the test server (game boots me when I try to log in though) while the rest boot me...

I'm getting this same error. Gone back and verified that I am registered, using correct login/password as the site. Still giving me a 1017 whenever I attempt to login.
