Go to Sourceforge (click the files link on the left from the main eqemulator.net page) and download EQEmu config for whatever version you're running (probably 5.6). Unzip that to the folder you have...

If it closes right away, then something's not working right. Run it from a dos box to see the error messages. Go to start, run, type in cmd, then navigate to the folder with world and zone, then...
