Well i've been fooling around with it and it reads some tables and comes to CHARACTER_MYD table and it can't read it =( say's "Can't open file: "character_.MYD'"

Admin problem

Ok, i have the latest version of MySQL. I've installed everything and when i open Admin it says it can't connect to the database. Password/Username are correct, i have localhost for database address,...

Ok, in the Windows_install_manual.txt it says delete the eqmain.dll file and remove the loginserver file.... ok, did that. Run eqw and it says, "Eqmain.dll is missing, repatch everquest." um... how...

i mean, i click connect put in pword and click ok and then it instantly say's cannot connect to the everquest server. Is the live server code from gotfrags down? or have i done something wrong?

Hmm...

I'd probably do lots the same if i could ever get my server to work :mad:

1. NPC bind/sowers
2. Make equipment easier to get
3. Make 2 big forces (dark/light) pvp and perhaps npc vs....

Server down?

Is the gotfrag server down? Seems it's been down most of the day. Just set up my server so i think i might have done something wrong. Anyhelp you can provide will be great, thnx.
