Word.exe crashes on name submition

OK i can log into the server, i can even name the character but when it says submitting name to server for approval , world.exe crashes and it doesn't save the created character. Someone help please.

don't bother IMing me, the person who was helping people and giving dll file shut it down cause someone tried to sell the Dll file after he gave it to him sry guys and ghouls.
