error 1017

I have error 1017 after select Gotfrag server on server select screen.
game say error 1017 :
Error 1017: Cannot login to the everquest server.
You may need to rerun the update patch.
Repeatedly...

What version i must have for playing on gotfrags ? I have 1.0.19 - today re-install EQ, patch [without optional patches] but gameserver say to me :
1002 error, incorrect game version :( "..

IF I want create my local server I connect to gotfrag login server [located in localserver.ini] - how it , if gotfrag is down ?

Now, after downloading Ruin of Kunark and other optionally patches game say incorrect client version :(

edit : version 1.0.19

btw > I run test everquest and this shit patch EQ :( ... I think...
