Pretty sure this bug is dealing with AA Spell Quickening and Spell Haste items. For some reason the items cut the spell bar but not the actually casting time. And its the same with AA spell...

Well, as much as I ahte to say it, Im in the same boat as red. Tried all the eqhost tricks and still CTD at login. Patched all the way through 6-16 running Windows XP and EQ US version.
