Zone.exe error and login error

Well I have encountered two more errors. When I load up boot5zones.bat all of them are roughly like this:

[Status] CURRENT_ZONE_VERSION: EQEMu 0.5.7-DR6
[Status] Loading Variables

Did some editing to the new DR6 file and got it...

Locked Server =\

After about 2 hours worth of stuff I finally got my server up and running. The problem now is that when I try and connect to my server with my other computer, it says it is locked =(.
