Minilogin and 1017

I am getting the 1017 errors for remote login through minilogin as well.
My setting for db.ini and loginserver.ini and boot5zone.bat are identical to those indicated by the readme for the minilogin...

I can login to the game just fine with the minilogin program if my server and client are on the same...
