I can't get it to run

I have two problems the first is when I upload my
PEQ_Kunark_RC1.sql it prints out a bunch of
Query OK, 0 rows affected. 1 warning (0.00 sec),
then after awhile it gets to this
Error 1060...

Having problems...Pls advise

one problems is I get is in MySQL.exe..
ERROR 1060 (42S21): Duplicate column name 'lootdrop_id'
ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table 'eq.lootdrop_entries' doesn't exist

the other is when running...
