An odd question...

Is there any version of EQEmu that works with an unpatched "Gold" installation? (as in, up to and including POP, no Live patches or anything)

Are you running the EQ patcher after changing eqhost?

If you run the EQ patcher and not EQWindows - it'll wipe your changes to eqhost.

The Frogloks have taken the city of the trolls as of this patch to EQLive. It is now known as Gukta, and the Trolls now live with the Dark Elves.

When I got the "zot" to server select, I checked it - got an error "corrupt pc" - that tells me there is a version mismatch.

Whenever you go back a version, wipe the SQL db and the eqemu dir (or use a different eqemu dir and SQL db) - Ya never know...
