some additional information

ok I get the commands.pl errors but that won't cause my problems. here is what I see in one of my worldperl windows.

[Status] Starting EQ Network server.
Starting factory Reader
Starting...

having problems not sure where to look.

I followed the guide and have everything running with out any problems.
minilogin appears to be working
world.exe no errors here.
boot5zones.bat all 5 come up after a min they sleep and appear...
