3.13 was working flawlessly, updated to .4, sourced the dbupdate.sql tried the server
login, world, and all zone servers launch and go to sleep fine.

for the record, whoever decides to tackle pathing, I will become a major waypoint contributor. I am on Redfox's dev team for Foxbot and have done alot of waypointing for him.
