I downloaded eqvercheck and what I got:

EQVerCheck Core 3.1.1 Loaded.

Reading eqgame.exe...
Reading EQGraphicsDX9.dll......

I have the same issue.
Suggest LS says live is compatible with 6.4 server I'm trying to use, but game crashes.
Any ideas?
