I used CVS to get the files, like it said in the PDF. Was I supposed to do something different?

Oh and BTW, there was nothing after that last line in the screenshot. That's just where it crashes...

Well I fixed the previous issue, so I am able to create a character, but as soon as I go to log in to the server, I get an application error "zone.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"....

I've done some searching, but cannot find anything. I'm trying to run the server/minilogin and play on the same box, but whenever I go to run start.bat I get the following message in world.exe:
