Ok I did some more testing and it seems that basically NO offense spells or proc's are working. They all say cannot see your target. All classes.

I re-copied the spells_us, spells_en files to...

Some odd game play problems on server

Ok I setup my windows server for the second time, running smooth in all aspects except a few little glitches that I would love some input on:

Proc's & Nukes on the Ranger characters are saying...
